I am currently serving as AVP (HR & IR) at Inox Wind Limited, overseeing Human Resources and Industrial Relations for the Western and Southern regions of India. After completing a Diploma in Commercial & Secretarial Practice (CSP), I pursued a Master’s degree in Commerce and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. Additionally, I have completed a Certificate Course in Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
